Ryderlocke Stories

Nobody knows what kind of phenomena cause the strange mutations in humans, but about one out of every ten people are born with a special ability of some sort. People are required to register their mutation and power level once every year at a special government facility where they are listed as either F, D, C, B, A, or S class. Those with powers in B class and up have the opportunity to register for an elite task force named "Heroes." But not everyone wants to use their power for the betterment of humanity, and the line between good and evil grows ever more blurred.
