Joon Yukihira is Soma's little brother, his specialty is Asian Cuisine, he's half- japanese and half-korean, apparently he's adopted by his dad, Joichiro Saiba. Soma and Joon are close sibling, when they were transfer to Totsuki's school, they meet new people, some people finds Joon somehow very attractive.
