Hope doesn't always keep on going - since his recent incarceration of the Remnants of Despair, the Future Foundation now considers Makoto Naegi an enemy. Makoto and Hajime, our two protagonists had each beaten their respective Killing Games each. Makoto learnt to search for Hope, Hajime learnt to create his own Future. But, they both weren't satisfied. Somewhere, within their hearts, they didn't want the outcome they received. Makoto wanted his classmates to become alive, Hajime wanted to change the past. Those inner thoughts caused both a Reset in the New World Program and a Restart in the Killing School Life. But those two classes weren't the only ones affected. The Student Council, had a huge part to play too. After all, they kickstarted The Tragedy of Hope's Peak Academy.

(Takes place in Danganronpa 3 - Side Despair) Three sisters, Alex, Ari, and Mel Carson moved to Japan from America and were accepted into Hope's Peak Academy were they meet they're new, energetic teacher and many other friends. Alex is the Ultimate Business Woman, Ari is the Ultimate Marine Biologist, and Mel is the Ultimate Rollerblader. Watch as they rise into hope and fall into Despair with A Twist Of Fate!

It's a rough journey as Ryota learns to love himself and the Imposter finds an identity. Throughout this, they support each other through their struggles and ultimately find hope in the relationship they build.

I have a special place in my heart for mute reader stories cause while I am not mute I am very quiet to the point where a few kids at school used to think I'm mute. So I find it nice when it shows the perspective of other characters finding the quiet endearing rather than annoying. Anywho this story follows the Sdr2 cast from when the enter hopes peak to the end of their stories and the reader is more like a bystander who connects with the cast but is ultimately powerless as the world falls into despair. 😅 hope you enjoy
