After the war with the guild, a mysterious group of individuals appears and kidnaps Atsushi and Chuuya. Both are put in life threatening situations that neither can escape from. This causes an uproar in both the agency and the port mafia. However, when conditions are given to both groups, everything gets worse. The conditions given are that Dazai Osamu has to choose and save only one of the two kidnapped individuals.
