While everyone else in the family seems to still morn Robbie's death, Marcus could care less. In fact, he is happier than he has ever been, now living in Pocatello and approaching his Sophomore College years as a mechanical engineering student, excelling in his chosen field of study. That all changes when he receives a challenge from an unknown individual on Facebook, going by the persona, "Midnight Shadow," who claims to know everything about the series of races two years ago and threatens to expose Marcus as the Bogus Basin Bullet! The only way Midnight Shadow will keep quiet about the Bullet's true identity comes with a price: Beating the Midnight Shadow on the downhill run on Scout Mountain, a treacherous road on a mountain outside Pocatello that can compare to Bogus Basin itself! What twists the game into even higher stakes is when Marcus finds out who the Midnight Shadow is: his nephew, Darrel Durhan! Can Marcus win this new challenge unscathed? Or will he crash and burn, or worse: Be forced to reveal his true identity as the Bogus Basin Bullet?
