10 year old Kelly has her 11th birthday planned. But what she doesn't know,is that her mom got in contact with Kelly's favorite singer in the whole world,Sabrina Carpenter. Her parents asked Sabrina Carpenter to sing at her birthday,and spend time with Kelly. But on Sabrina's way there,the limo driver starts getting a whooping cough,so Sabrina will have to drive herself. (note:i have no idea if she has a drivers lisens)
