One night, Larry Daley, the new night guard, finds himself in the centre of this great secret. One night, he has to race to save the museum and its inhabitants. All one life-changing night! Takes place after NATM3, but Larry kept his job, the "night program" didn't return, and there are more homes and buildings in the western diorama. I do not own Night at the Museum, please don't sue me. Jan 2022 update: (I wrote this story when I was 15, I didn't know about abuse and just wrote this line to be funny. I have since grown up and learned about how certain things are toxic and how I unintentially added some toxic elements to this story. I have thought about editing this portion but decided to leave it as a reminder that I have come a long way as a writer. So there is a small amount of abuse in this story and it may be upsetting to some viewer.)

Years after the events at the Smithsonian, the Museum of Natural History of New York is again one the most famous museums of the United States. With all the new "special effects", people from all over the world come to visit it. But it's not all gold what shines. The Tablet of Ahkmenrah is corroding, and the exhibits start to behave in strange ways. Alice and Larry will have to team up once again in one final mission to save the museum and all their friends, and the answer to their problems is all the way to London. It’s 1805, and best friends Lewis and Clark are setting out to lead a great expedition into the unknown Louisiana Territory. But their friendship will be tested to no bounds as they each fall for their beautiful guide and translator, Sacagawea. Sacagawea is gorgeous and outspoken. She’s a refreshing burst of energy and femininity to the dreary, grueling journey. It will last years, with hunger, disease, cold, and hostile Indians endangering the lives of the entire expedition. But Lewis, Clark, and Sacagawea each have their own secrets and dark backgrounds to hide, including a few which may threaten to break up the entire expedition. In the wilderness, can love hold them together, or will it rip them apart?

A new exhibition is coming to the museum. How will the others react? Why is Ahkmenrah getting more distracted lately? And will a past affect her relationship with everybody? Ahk/Reader. Sorry for the bad summary

Octavius was falling for his best friend, Jedediah. Jedediah was falling for a beautiful cowgirl named Mary Jo. Ahkmenrah was falling for Larry. Larry was falling for Amelia Earhart, a beautiful sassy new exhibit at the museum of Natural History in New York. Will anything work out for the hopeless romantics at the museum?

Meet Isadora Daley, the 18 year old niece of Larry Daley the night watchmen of the NYC Natural History Museum. Find out what happens when the secrets and wonders of this museum are revealed to Isa and the friendships she makes along the way along with the struggles that she deals with throughout the story. That is until she meets a certain Pharaoh! Will everything turn out alright? Or will the pressures of this crazy adventure be too much for her?

Though Larry Daley sticks around to show her the ropes of what being a night guard truly means, Gwen Robinson is soon to be on her own. Well, not exactly on her own. She is greeted with a whole museum full of exhibits who come to life at sundown. Once Larry leaves to pursue Daley Devices, it is up to her to make sure nothing gets into the museum... or out. (This story takes place between the first and second Night at the Museum movies and is based around the characters from the first Night at the Museum movie from 2006. Photo used in cover also comes from the movie. All rights of these well-known characters and story line go to their rightful owners.
