I just have alot on my mind,alot of things that hurt me and make me feel bad. it's my fault. I need to get it off my chest.

This shall be my new vent book i call it vent therapy because it helps me cope and i will also probably talk about most of this stuff with my therapist JK ITS REALLY HARD TO SAY ALL THE THINGS I WANT TO TELL HER thats why i write it donw on PAPER "😱😱😱 OMG PAPER EXISTS??" you say? pfft- yeah i write on paper so that i can bring it with me and read it out to my therapist so it wont be so hard to come up with how to put my feelings into sentences WAIT WHY AM I EVEN TYPING THIS IN THE DESCRIPTION THIS- OMFG SORRY

The evolution of this personal hell that I endure. Passion has always been a forward trait of mine, in all its glory, for the good and for the worst. Emotion, love can be perceived in a multitude of ways, but you know with the entirety of your being, just what it feels like to have that paradise tug at the far corners of your soul.

Dear depression, Do you really need to be a part of my life? Alot of these notes are old, some are recent. These can be triggering so please read with care. Aside from that this book follows along with some of my most hidden and deepest thoughts. Alot has happened that lead to them. Although not everything is clear just know I'm in a better place now and I value my life a lot more than previously. I'm still struggling but I'm getting there.
