There's this boy, name is Ash Ryan, he has some innate bond with the world around him, the sky is the part of the world he feels closest to, and it feels close to him too. It sees his pain and wants him to be happy. Whenever Ash feels any kind of emotion, the world around him reacts to it. The sky will cry for him, the wind will caress his tear covered cheeks, the ocean will swirl with anger at those who've wronged him, the grass will grow greener and softer around him to make him happy. Animals can tell he's different from other humans, they don't hesitate to go up and cuddle the sad boy. He doesn't see how loved he is though, until the end.- Reads 16

Tommy is your average teen. Lives with his two friends. An orphan. Has trauma. Works at a coffee shop. All normal teenager things. One day he decides to become the vigilante Phoenix. Not like there are any heroes on his side of town. And all is well. He is loved by the public. He thrives. Until he catches the attention of the SBI, a group of villains, well known by the public for being villains I guess. Now he has to deal with the villains following him around trying to get him to go somewhere. What a pain. What he doesn't know is that avian hybrids are nearly non-existent, besides the Angel of Death of course, and he's caught the eye of some heroes. The SBI hope to keep the unknowing vigilante from falling into the wrong hands with the help from the other villains.
