Life is going fine for George until he starts feeling... weird. Everytime he talks to Dream, he gets butterflies- Yearning for the joyful sound of Dreams laugh- But, panic starts to set in. Their only best friends, right? George doesn't want anything more, at least he doesn't think. Fearing that these stupid feelings will ruin evrything, George decideds to take a break from the internet. Things in his life change. He loses his apatite. He loses sleep. And, hes losing his connection with Dream. Yet hes still panicking. As he starts to fall into a deep state of depression, he hears a knock at his door. "Who could that be" George groans as he walks across the cold, hard floor to the door. As he twists the handle, it creaks. Shock freezes his whole body. "Dream?!" Trigger Warnings throughout the book include - Panic attacks, anxiety attacks, vomiting, passing out, suicidal thoughts, attempt suicide, rude language, and physical violence.

The sequel to the original souls collided ending. As Clay enters purgatory he watches over George and the rest of his friends as they proceed on with their lives. This sequel has more mature themes and existentialism regarding death, grief, and morality. Following Clay, as he copes with and explores purgatory, he seeks his purpose with guidance of those who have already passed. One by one his loved ones follow him into purgatory, as they find the peace to move on.

Or will the tragedy of fate get between them? //cover photo by @/jirruko on ig!! psa: this is the first fan fiction i've ever written so pls be nice lol. i'm trying not to make it cringey but it's a lil hard. there's very very very little smut in this book, and even the smut scenes aren't very intense at all. a lot of this story is high school-drama based in the beginning (ikik, i'm sorry) but it's a lot deeper than that, really. bare with me pls you're not gonna wanna miss the ending or the character progression of some of the main characters. and thank you to everyone who interacts with this book! it really inspires me to keep going. even if you don't favorite or comment i rly appreciate you even giving it a glance! alt ending is out :D
