Having a shrine dedicated to your dead mother in your grandparents house where you live was weird enough. Some times I hear things people say and think "My god the world is sO FUNNY" and realise that so is Rick Riordan's world. So I combined the two. That explanation probably doesn't make sense but it's all I got. I swear on my life that everything you read in this book is 100% true and I have heard it with my own two ears.
