Reader basically an OC. She was born into a Shanghai-based crime family. At her parents' urging, she and her older brother escaped from Shanghai with their infant sister. Both Reader and the brother are ability users. Reader's ability allows her to take physical objects, computer code, and memories and store them as tattoos. The brother's ability allows him to change one person's physical makeup, either his or one other person. I don't own Bungou Stray Dogs.
