After being abducted and trapped inside the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles, Shuichi and fifteen other students must find a way to survive and escape the school without being killed or executed in a mutual killing game set up by the twisted headmaster. Amidst all this chaos and nonsense, Shuichi grows close to the mischievous Kokichi, and the two develop a budding romance as the game progresses. Will these two survive the gruesome killing game? Disclaimers: This is inspired by the game Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony created by Spike Chunsoft. I do not own the game, nor do I own the characters in this story. They all belong to the creator. The image I used for the cover is from Pinterest user kumu511718. I'd also like to mention that I have watched the play-through of DV3 twice, but I will be tweaking some things to fit with my story. Not everything is going to be 100% accurate. Lastly, this story does not contain any smut. If you're looking for a spicy Danganronpa story, this is not for you. A year or so after the game has ended, Shuichi finds himself at a standstill. He is forced from his home, and he had no idea where to go. He assumed life would be better once they escaped the simulation. However, due to a series of circumstances, he comes face to face with the enigma that he hated so much. Even worse, he had to ask him for help. A slice of life story as Shuichi and Kokichi's relationship grows, and we end up learning a lot more about Kokichi's past and experiences. (This is an AU where Kaede and Shuichi are normal students) Kaede Akamatsu has always been outspoken. Popular and well-liked, she always was surrounded by people, nobody could ever guess that she may of been lonely. Shuichi has always known the idea of the girl named Kaede, but never really met her. They'd occasionally exchange looks in the hallways at school but never spoken a word to one another, always going opposite directions. That all changes in their last year of school, where they are placed in the same class as each other. Kaito Momota, Kaede's self-proclaimed best friend, decided to play match maker, and the two meet each other for the first time, and as it turned out, they had a lot of common. //Art is not mine! this book is an AU where danganronpa was just a test simulation that the contestants signed up for, and kaito's, shuichi's, and kaede's pregame videos were fake and that those contestants were asked to make videos like that simply just for story. As their pregame selves aren't super different from there ingame selves, in the story a malfunction happens to when they try to get kokichi out the simulation resulting in him going into a coma for a year.
