Rantaro decides to hang out with Shuichi for the day. In the middle of the night, they find each other roaming the halls. Rantaro suggests a way for them to get back to sleep. Over 4,200 words wowza I published this on my Ao3 account (ray_sable) but also wanted to put it here so 🤷‍♀️ I also haven't written since that "Just a Prank?" book which actually really sucks but this is way better in my opinion.

Shuichi Saihara has never done well in social situations, and he is absolutely clueless about other people in general. When he starts highschool knowing nothing, he's afraid he'll never make friends. saihara shuichi was always the type to fit in with the crowd, blend in so no one would suspect a thing. maybe it was his talent doing so. he could fantasize over anything he wanted. he could do whatever he wanted. and thats where he picked up a habit. after that 48th game, everything had become a blur as he befriended the one and only, amami rantaro. though, as a gift, amami had gained what was a 'gift' from the danganronpa company: a pass to the next game and a very weird... pendant. a pendant and a note of different colors and feelings, of course. yeah this is just a guilty pleasure book,,,, enjoy?? ig lol
