Mereka terus mendesak sakura untuk mengakhiri hubungannya. Namun sakura memilih jalan lain dia kabur bersama naruto. Saat ia kabur kecelakaan itu terjadi dan menyebabkan dirinya mengalami amnesia selama 10 tahun. Saat dia amnesia dia mulai membuka hatinya untuk sai dan tak lama mereka menikah. Semenjak 10 tahun menikah sai selalu takut sakura mengingat masa lalunya dan melupakan kehidupannya yang sekarang. How does an artist reflect his emotions onto his art? Is it difficult when he doesn't know what it's like to feel from the start? Sai has been having difficultly recently trying to figure out his next painting, an art block that has left him void and questioning his motives to paint. Luckily he finds inspiration in discovering the emotions he has always been taught to supress by thinking of a certain pink haired beauty.

Sakura seorang cewek cantik yang menyukai seorang senpainya di kampusnya. namun senpai itu (Itachi) menyukai teman sakura (Hinata). dan Hinata menyukai adiknya senpai itu (Sai). sedangkan Sai tidak menyukai Hinata. Namun sai sedikit tertarik dengan sakura. Disisi lain kembaran Sai (Sasuke) sangat menyukai sakura lalu bagaimanakah kisah selanjutnya.. akankah Sakura mendapatkan Itachi?atau justru Hinata yang mendapatkan hati Itachi ?
