Sal Fisher just arrived to his new home, Addison Apartments. He and his father are still grieving after the incident and are trying to recover, each having their own...coping mechanisms. Every moment is living hell. That is until he meets his new best friend, Larry Johnson. They become inseparable, it seemed that no bond could be stronger than theirs. That is until their friendship gets tested as Sal's world falls apart right in front of his eye. Sal Fisher is put into a psychiatric hospital, instead of being killed for the murders he committed in the Addison Apartments. He believes it wasn't him, but the demon in his head.

When Sal Moves to Knockville, he expects a normal, boring town full of normal, boring people spending their days making fun of his face prosthetic and ding-dong ditching their neighbors. Sal never expected the beautiful, heavy metal, emo boy by the name of Larry Johnson. No, Sal had never expected to feel the heat flushing his cheeks beneath his mask when he looked at the kid that probably smoked weed at house parties and vaped in the school bathroom. But, even more than that, Sal Fisher never would have expected that Travis had beat him to it.
