However, instead of being in Heaven, he winds up in Hell. Having no idea where he was and having nowhere else to go, he accidentally bumps into Blitzo and Loona, thus leading him to stay and join I.M.P.

This is a reboot of the Sonic the Hedgehog tv series with elements of the games comics and shows combined into one
