However, when we talk about practicing yoga the first thing that comes in our mind that we should join a yoga studio or a yoga TTC. Most of the people suggest that we should practice yoga under the guidance of experienced yoga teachers however, as the world is shifting more towards digitalization; it is highly unlikely for yoga to step behind.
