Josie and Penelope spend a lot of time trying to avoid each other after the break up. For Penelope it was avoid Josie because she can't stand not being able to touch her, be with her. Alaric Saltzman got rid of everything that confirmed the existence of Klaus Mikaelson and Hayley Marshall's daughter. All but one thing. Penelope Park's journal, that is now in the possession of Alaric's very own daughter Josie. What happens when the couriosity gets the better of her, and she starts reading it? How far will she go to uncover the truth about the mystery girl Josie allegedly harbored a crush for? (I started writing this before S2 aired and I'll be sticking to my original plan for this book, with some elements from the actual episodes)
