Snow, the games, and losing more people each year. So when one of the girls he grew up admiring from next door gets reaped wrongly, he must make sure she makes it. He must make sure she survives the games. Whether Snow likes it or not. All characters other than Salacia, the other tributes for these games, and most of the district 4 victors belong to Suzanne Collins. ( yes i know the 70th Hunger Games was Annie's, but you'll see what i do)
