Inspired by the book "The Assassin's Blade" I decided to write a script. I hope you enjoy it and give me a feedback.

Based on page 333 of "The Assassin's Blade" by Sarah J Maas I was recently re-reading "The Assassin's Blade" and a line that Sam says to Celaena on page 333 made me think about how love like that can transcend death. Short story exploring Sam's spirit being present throughout events following "The Assassin's Blade." Disclaimer: I do not own "Throne of Glass" or "The Assassin's Blade" and all credit for characters goes to Sarah J. Maas.

When tragedy struck Aelin Ashryver Galathynius' life, she left it all behind. She became Celeana Sardothien, a criminal, a killer, an assassin. But then Sam Cortland, her partner in crime (literally) and her boyfriend was brutally murdered. When she found out, something in her broke. So she left Celeana Sardothien behind, and once again became Aelin. A new(ish) name, a new school, a new opportunity, or so she thought. After Aelin's human form is taken from her while she forges the lock, Celaena awakes in a distant land- a land of sun and color and... Sam. A fan fiction based off the idea and popular fan theory than Sam is Celaena's mate, as Rowan is Aelin's. Taking place during and after Kingdom of Ash, when Aelin's human form dies, she is reunited with Sam in the afterworld.

A fanfic about one of the best and cutest (atleast according to me) ships in Throne of Glass. A small and secret moment shared by Samlaena - a ship that sadly wasn't endgame.
