They're back in West Ham. Trying to get back to the normal life from before, they struggle on forgetting New Ham and all the pain it brought with it. Based off of Slide by James Bay hence the title and lyrics

Grizz and Sam own my whole heart - I love them so damn much. I wrote this in like 2 hours so pls don't judge me too harshly lol (also I hate the title but what can you do?)
