Gabriel stared at the beach where a group of women crowded around the hunky tall moose-man that came to the beach to surf every morning. Gabriel came to the bowl every morning to skateboard, but recently it has been to stare at the moose. Sam Winchester has just moved for the hundredth millionth time to Pontiac, Illinois. His dad promised this would be the last move. He's staying here until he graduates. During the summer he had become infatuated with monster movies and horror novels. This obsession brings him into the interest of the supernatural and paranormal. Sam isn't very good at making friends, until he comes across an unusual boy named Gabriel. He's graduated already, and he's pretty funny and charismatic. He seems like a pretty normal kid. What's so unusual about him is that he's a ghost.
