"You don't know him." Xisuma's jaw tightened. "This isn't Grian." But Silly only stared back at them, unblinking. "Then where is he?" And that was the moment- the breathless, terrifying moment- when they all realized: Grian was gone. And CHRONOS had come to claim him. When Grian's parents abandoned him, he thought nothing of it. However, his new home, killing off the last wisps of hope within his simple wish to be happy, forces him to take the initiative. He's happy for a while, but what will happen if he's taken away, only to discover time has passed faster yet - not to mention that he's no longer human. Basically, my version of Grian's entire life story! As the story progresses, more will be added to my other book which will be active at the same time as this one! He noticed the little things. Cats are natural predators to rabbits after all. Sam was different though. Sam made him feel like the prey.
