"Who are you?" I asked Shadye and Allen. They stared at the ground and ignored my questions. I scowled and blinked the tears out from my eyes. "Do you really want to know?" Allen asked and pulled out the feathers from his hand. He looked up to me and slowly black tattoos started appearing on his face, moving down towards his neck and chest. My eyes widen in fear and wonder. What was happening? He opened his eyes to reveal bright red instead of golden. "I am no longer the Allen you used to know." he said in a strange voice that I know of very long ago when I didn't questioned who I was. Emigda Rosario almost lost her life in January but someone came to her rescue. It turns out that the boy, Shadye Dragonir, that saved that day is holding dark secrets about himself-even her too. After seeing the man from that day after school and in her window, she thinks she's losing her mind. Shadye finally starts to talk about his secret until the man appears before him and holds a knife to his throat demanding Emigda to help him. That's when things head south. Shadye starts to breath fire and scales appear on his skin and the man's mask gets removed to see a face she knew a long time ago. Who is this mysterious person and why does he want Emigda's help?

Freshman year was anything but easy for Destiny. With it being her first year of high school, discovering that she was a banshee, and dealing with relationships, it was anything but a breeze. However, she wants to try to make her sophomore year the best it can be. She's sure that her second year of high school will be just like any normal teenagers, just add in being a banshee, having to deal with other supernatural creatures, lying to friends and family to keep your secret, and your relationship being put to the test.

I can't be I'm-im not! You're lying!" She stutters. "Listen we all are Jennifer, now you can do this the easy way or the hard. Which is it going to be?" He speaks ever so softly, "no! How can you expect me to believe that?" She yells quite angered with the information given "hard way it is then.." He says quite disappointed and everything fades away...
