A set of slice of life stories taking place within my very own Cartoon Crossover fancfiction universe: The Tooniverse.

It's a fresh new start for the Third Generation of Kids Next Door. Learning the value of friendship, fighting dangerous villains, and having fun adventures, they train to better their selves as they continue their parents' legacy! This is a series of one-shots and short stories that introduce and follow the adventures of the Third Gen KND. These one-shots can be enjoyed without extensive knowledge of the Gameverse lore. Most of the one-shots are episodic and have no strict order, but it's recommended you read the introduction chapters first. (NOTE: newly added chapters may be rearranged before other ones, depending what I think the order of reading should be.)

(Spoilers for Enter the Florpus and PASWG S2) After dealing with a grueling defeat from the Hero League, Zim is now on the run from any type of law enforcement seeking his capture. With no chance of hiding himself and very low amounts of tech, the failed Irken Invader decides to lay low in Daten City. And it would just so happen that a passing by Stocking Anarchy found him down on his luck at the local ice cream shop and decided to strike up a conversation with the strange alien. Zim was obviously peeved as hell that a lowly meat worm waa interacting with him, but as soon as he hears about a potential hiding spot in exchange for his assistance in her ghost hunting nonsense, he took the plunge without a single hint of hesitation. Stocking on the other hand was just trying to process the fact that her sister Panty recently dissapeared without leaving a trace to her whereabouts. that is until she found a certain small alien rummaging around behind the back of the old church she called home. The place needed a handy man and Zim needed to avoid tge feds. it's honestly a match made in even. A match that's going to be put the test once a new slew of threats both supernatural and intergalactic. How strong will the two's bond grow? And far does the rabbit hole go when it comes to this urban underground of dangerous oddities?

She faced with one of the toughest discussions of her career about Israel's brutal and genocidal assault in Gaza, complete with angry Zionists, international popstars, and legal analysts. Although this is not necessarily a formal series, as the chapters aren't connected fully to each other, with each one as a separate story in their own right, so it made more sense to separate them into their own fics. Long ago in a distant land, I, Aku, the Shapeshifting Master of Darkness, unleashed an unspeakable evil. But a foolish samurai warrior wielding a magic sword stepped forth to oppose me. Before the final blow was struck, I tore open a portal in time, and flung him into the future where my evil is law. Now the fool seeks to return to the past and undo the future that is Aku. Fifty years had passed but the Foolish Samurai did not age. Time had lost its effect on him, and instead grew with that stupid beard! I have everything within my grasp from the past and present. Until the foolish samurai, aided by allies fought against me for one last time. With the aid of my traitorous daughter the samurai returned to the past and to undo my rule. In a desperate, last-minute attempt to prevent my destruction at the samurai's hand, I tore open a portal and flung myself into an alternate universe to save some parts of myself! When I arrived to the other universe, I found myself in underground facility. I wasn't interested in looking around nor even care what place or Planet or time or universe I transported myself to, time is in essence! But fortunately for me, I found what was I looking for. A Human Male inside a cryopod. I didn't question why he is inside one, but not much I cared. With my renewed hope and desperation, I bathe the human inside with dark magic, and fusing the remnants of my essence in him. As I continue to fade from existence, my new found child will continue my legacy in this universe where the foolish samurai will forever be far from his reach! For he carries my essence and power of darkness. For my new son, Akugo, the shapeshifting prince of darkness, Master of Masters, Deliverer of Darkness, Shogun of Sorrow, and Dark Lord of All Darkness will unleash his wrath and rule over this world! While my new found son remains in Cryo-stasis he will soon be awaken and redo the rule that was once Aku!

During this cinematic year, I encountered the feature-length animatic for the cancelled "Popeye" film directed by Genndy Tartakovsky. While not strictly a film, the work and subsequent viewing experience was very close to earn a place in the 2021-2022 Film Journal, and so I had to add an entry on the topic.

Since the dawn of time, there have always been two opposing forces that have stood in opposition. These two forces have gone by many names: Light and Dark, Good and Evil, Wisdom and Power, Order and Chaos. Whatever you may call them, one cannot live without the other. So that must mean that if a Villain exists, then that means there's a hero that's not very far behind them. This is the story of those heroes and how they came to be. (A prequel/guide to the universe of my next fanfiction)
