Being turned into a human without rights is completely a crime, it's for Angels that can have a second chance in life, you could either be reancarnated or become full human other Angels would be angry and do they're best to smite you and send you to hell, but Patton here did it by accident. Mythical AU Summary: This is going to based off the old disney channel show American Dragon. Virgil is going to be the new protector of his city. It will go into more depths in the first chapter and will be different.
