(Y/N) Farnese was taken in and raised by the Medici family as a child, after several threats on her life - a byproduct of her father's growing power. As she approaches adulthood, her brother, Leonardo, moves to Florence to help arrange a marriage for her. After his sister's pleas, Leonardo agrees she will pick her own match in time. Sorella Messina was born in Firenze. Her parents were good friends with both the Medici and the Pazzi family, so the children grew up together. Sorella's life, how she used to know it, ended when she was just a kid and her family got slaughtered and she was dragged away from all the people she grew up with.
