Based on true events from WWE's NXT brand (with a twist!) Santos Escobar and Ava Sanchez are NXT's unofficial "power couple." Santos is the NXT Cruiserweight Champion and the leader of Legado del Fantasma, while Ava is fighting to prove herself in NXT's women's division. Ava seems to have it all: an unbreakable romance, three best friends, and a flourishing professional wrestling career. That is, until one costly mistake ruins everything.
