The Restaurant Santuario has a signature menu of its Peruvian menu. Apart from that a few international dishes are also prepared by the chef. Every dish is prepared with ingredients of highest quality and it results in excellent Creole Peruvian food. The chefs often experiment with the food still keeping in the tradition of its cultural culinary mix at the crux of the dish. The result is a wonderful food that reminds of the rich cultural heritage with a modern twist.
