"My name is Izzie Collins, I am sixteen years old, and I'll be 17 on Halloween. My best friends are Myra Jones and Slaide Blaize, they've always been there for me no matter what it is. Whether it's deciding to drop out of highschool or finding the perfect outfit for dances. I go to Blaize Academy, ironic right? Well, anyways they are my only friends that I have, we call ourselves " The Awkward Ducks" I understand Myra and myself maybe, but Slaide? He's more of the guy that every girl in school wants to date. He has jet black hair that sweeps just across his blue, but almost black eyes, with sort of dark skin, and let's not forget his dazzling smile that makes all the other girls swoon. That is all except for Myra and I. I guess thats because we're used to it since we grew up with him. But lately Slaide has been acting sort of strange around me, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Such as, suddenly stuttering out of no where and turning beet red when I say stuff, that usually doesn't bother him. Could it be he likes, me likes me? Nah, not in a million years. I mean we're practically brother and sister....right?"
