The Doctor stole the Princess away from their home planet to travel across time and space for centuries, escaping their civic responsibilities. They unsuccessfully tried to stay out of trouble and out of sight, always at risk of the Princess being recognized. When the war broke out, they were called home, but they avoided the call until the last possible moment. Together, they devised a way to end the pain caused by the constant battle. But when the time came to end the war, the Doctor sent his wife away intent on keeping her safe while he perished with their world. But the Doctor lived. And he lived in regret. Though maybe fate has other ideas and the Doctor and Emma Meakin were always meant to have met as the two friends meet over the course of their lives and one time, it's almost the end of the world.... This is a story about a friendship between a Time Lord and a woman who because of the Doctor had the chance to grow up and live. For Emma Meakin this is miracle enough.

I would come home from school, turn on the TV, turn to CBBC, and watch the Sarah Jane Adventures, I wouldn't miss it. So you can guess that when Elisabeth Sladen passed away just how heartbroken I was, along with fans all over the world. Every time I think about her, or The Sarah Jane Adventures, I wished they could have kept it going with Luke, Clyde, Rani and Skye. That's when I had an idea. So, I was re-watching The Sarah Jane Adventures, thinking what I normally do, when I came up with this idea. Since they couldn't carry on The Sarah Jane Adventures, why not make a series about Luke's time at University. Thus creating "Guardians of Oxford". This is (hopefully) going to be a series of books about Luke's life at University saving the world from aliens, just like old times at Bannerman road. I hope you guys like these books and appreciate all the support.)

Events are taken place after "The Journeys end"

The Advisor had been on Earth for decades after falling through a time rift during the War. The incident caused them to regenerate and left them stranded on the Original Earth in late 1930s New York. As they wait for their timeline to match up with their husband, The Doctor, they decide to bide their time checking up on their husband's companions that he spoke so fondly about. During one of their visits to Sarah Jane, they have a feeling of anticipation and foreboding. The Doctor and The Advisor's timelines had finally synced up.

It's Christmas time on Bannerman Road! Sky is very excited for her first Christmas and Luke comes back. Sarah-Jane tries her best to make Sky's first Christmas unforgettable. I don't own any of the Sarah-Jane-Adventures characters, they all belong to the BBC. I only own Sky's friends who are my characters.

It's been about a year since The Doctor fell from the radio tower and lost the use of his legs. Sarah Jane and him have been together nearly a decade and together adopted Sky, who is off in college, and Luke, a bright and cheerful high school student, around six years ago. Together, Sarah Jane and The Doctor work together and put their marriage to the test multiple times as The Doctor struggles to be the man he once was and provide what he once could to his wife and family.

Sky and her friends go swimming and all seems normal until... Sky gets stung by something. Sarah-Jane discovers that it's an alien. Can Sarah-Jane and the team stop the sting-mites? Or will the sting-mites win this battle?
