This is an AU of sorts, when Sarah was choosing her specialties she still put Pathology as her number one choice, but she also put Emergency medicine and Neurology, and when she decided she didn't want to do pathology she didn't have to quit the program because she was accepted into all three, and decided to have two specialties; ED and Neuro.
