In the city of endless second chances, Callie and Arizona must decide if they're ready to fight for theirs, But only if they're brave enough to take it.

As Arizona told Amelia about Hermans' tumor, they become close to each other. Something about Arizona made Amelia fall for her, but Amelia was too scared to admit her love to Arizona telling herself that she might just be confused about the situation. What will happen to them?
