Most people were against the people with special powers, so everyone with powers were forced to keep their powers a secret. They believed that they were there just to hurt people when in reality, they just wanted to live normal lives just like everyone else. There were evil people with powers, but they would quickly be locked up, no exception made. The people with powers had to be sent to another school to learn how to control their powers during the weekends and most of their breaks up until the age of 18.
