They decided to invite a neutral judge, which was chosen from the Nation of Fire's treaties with a kingdom of Foreign Lands. They invited the Crown Princess of the North, to conclude the trial. Considering her status and experiences, she will not be giving chances to a war criminal who threatened the whole land multiple times, right? However, life is funny that way.
