Alright so I already hate and love this idea and I'm likely not gonna leave it well enough alone so here goes nothing Quirk: Power Girl At first the doctors had misdiagnosed this quirk as it didn't give any greater benefits other than seemingly being a transformation type which turned Izuku Midoriya into a blonde girl with above average perks, however after a period of time izuku discovered that under certain triggers the quirk would manifest a person in a mental landscape which would grant izuku a boost in power and the abilities said person was known for in there life, the linking factors between each of these people is that. A. The person is always from another world. B. The person is always a blonde woman. And C. The person is most certainly not what Izuku was expecting.
