Zostały jej przedstawione zarzuty wywołanie choroby oraz śmierci sąsiada William'a Fynne [zmarł 1 listopada 1565r.]ponadto zabójstwo inwentarza, wywołanie wielu chorób oraz nieszczęść sąsiadów. W obliczu śmierci Agnes, przyznała się do spowodowania śmierci William'a oraz wywołania śmierci inwentarza w formie krów oraz gęsi notabene błagając Boga o przebaczenie, jednakże oskarżyciele byli zawistni i pewni zarzutów.
