The story of a satyr named Airin, German immigrant to America that is struggling to blend in with the human population of Chicago. Monsters are pressed to remain hidden from all humans because of poaching rings,which consist of humans (and sometimes monsters) that hunt monsters to sell them on a black market. A rough draft first chapter of a story I'm working on that's hopefully going to become a comic when I get to college. Any feedback appreciated.

Syl is an amazing creator, PLEASE go check her out. Now onto the actual description. In this world, there are two Nations- the Nation of Humans, and the Nation of Alters, otherwise known as Monsters. In this tale, we follow two of these Alters, a Naga named Necros, simply protecting the two in his care, and a Siren named Maestro, who has traveled up the wrong river to hide from hunters.. I hope anyone who chooses to read this enjoys!
