"Martha and Carl were more than just friends, until Martha unexpectedly ended things, a peculiar encounter with death will reveal everything." "Well whatever it is I don't like it, and I want her out of this house." "What makes you think you have a say?" Said Martha as she looked down at the bottle of wine she was holding in her hands. "Well this is our ho~" Carl stopped himself before he could finish his sentence, he then dragged his eyes down to look at the ground. Silence filled the empty room. Carl's a loveable fool, he's awkward and dorky, but that's what Martha loves about him. Martha's a kind-hearted generous person, she always thinks of others before herself. Martha recently found out something that is heart-breaking. She decided to not tell Carl. She has cancer. One day Martha and Carl return home to see a mysterious woman pointing a gun at their dog in their back garden. She claims that she's death. None of them believe her, but they play along with her "act". Until Halloween... Where everything is questioned Where everything goes down-hill Where everything is revealed... Loving someone you can't have really sucks. Like really really. I love her, but I hate her for the pain she has caused me. I know we can't be together, but my heart won this battle against my head for this round. Her soft, ivory skin. Her deep brown eyes that hold so much knowledge and wisdom. Whenever I'm with her I feel so alone but so alive. I love her, but it's slowly killing me. Sweet, lemongrass-scented killing. I've had the same dream every night for ages now. She's falling and I'm falling. She screams and it pulls at my heart, shattering it into millions of tiny pieces. I feel helpless and empty. Like swimming in honey. I can't help her, and it takes away a little piece of my sanity every night. I wake up sweating and ice cold. Numb. I'm in so deep, I'm worried I won't ever get out again.
