This story follows Owen Joyner and his best friend Claire. They have been best friends ever since they could remember. They grew up together. Owens passion is acting, meanwhile Claire's passion is writing. They are so different yet so similar. Owen gets a role in the Netflix show 'Julie and the Phantoms', and Claire goes off to college. They keep in touch, but not like they did when they lived next door to one another. After Owen comes back from filming, they catch up and talk. But this time is different. After not seeing Owen for over a year, Claire starts to see him in a whole new light. Suddenly, his beautiful blonde hair and sharp blue eyes start to stand out to her. More than they ever have before. Then it hit her... Could she really be falling for her best friend?

Ariella Atherton was a simple 20 year old girl with big dreams. After moving from Michigan to LA, her life changed forever. After the tragic loss of their mother, the two Molina daughters struggled to move past the death. One of them, Carolyne had always been an anxious person, it being something she grew up with and adjusted her life with it. After her mother's passing, she had troubles finding ways to cool her anxiety, since music and dance was the one escape from it. She just couldn't bring herself back to it, it was just a constant reminder that her mother was gone. Julie on the other hand, just found it hard to play in general. It wasn't her escape from anything, it was just something she correlated to her mother. Every time she'd almost preform, she'd breakdown and spiral, much like her sister. One day while cleaning out their mothers studio, something that had to be done so they could move, they play a CD that their mom used to play. Causing something life changing to happen.

Ivy abandoned her passion for music following the death of her mother. But the sudden appearance of the ghosts of a '90s rock band in her mother's music studio awakens Julie's love for music. They understand really quickly that they can help each other in the process. As their friendship grows, the boys manage to convince her to start a band together: Ivy and the Phantoms. IVY MOLINA - LUKE PATTERSON - Ivy is basically Julie's character. I changed the name so it could be a little more personal. I honestly love the show so much but I wanted to see what would happen if Julie was not in high school anymore but a 20 year old girl. I basically wanted to see how it would be if the characters were around my age honestly ahah So the storyline might be changed a bit so it would fit their age. Hope you like it !! ♡
