This is the New International Version of Genesis. Genesis is the first book of the Bible. People are not sure who wrote the book of Genesis, but many suspect it was Moses. This book tells of God's Creation of human beings and the entire universe. This book is also important because it states the colossal promises God made to Abraham. We do not know when Creation or the Flood occured, but we do know that Abraham was probably born at 2150 B.C., with his great-grandson Joseph passing away at around 1800 B.C. The first eleven chapters happened in Mesopotamia. Chapters 12-36 occured in Canaan (the promised land). The rest of Genesis took place in the country of Egypt. The people we need to focus on in this book are Adam, Eve, Noah, Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Rebekah, Jacob, Rachel, and Joseph. We can learn that God created the world. We can know that God loves each and every human being immensely, but he does punish sinful doings. But God makes a magnificent promise to each of us, Christian or Non-Christian: He will save each and every one of us if we trust in Him.

Being a Christian is tough, being a teen Christian is tougher. There are a lot of questions, but not a lot of answers. A bunch of dark areas and gray areas too. And life being what it is throws twists and turns in your way. Each crossroads a decision. Some of these decisions we come back from them some of them we don't. This leaves us in a maze of confusion not knowing what to do. This book/blog is not your book of concrete answers, but hopefully a guide, a light to shine in the darker places. Aphmau hasn't really talked since middle school, and is now in high school, and she gets bullied a lot for it, but in reality, it's not from what everybody thinks, they think she's depressed, which she is, but she's not silent from it, she's silent, because a demon lives inside her, not literally, but mentally, it blocks her from talking, because she's scared. Her father put this in her, from him abusing her and then her mother leaving, close after this started. She also thinks it's her fault that her mother left. She's always think about ways she could run off a cliff, or how that knife is right there, she is very suicidal, always thinking of how she could die, and escape this demon. Buts she's never actually tried to kill herself. She's gotten close though. But for some reason the most rude, and mean person in the whole high school notices this, and he is Gene, he notices how she looks dead inside, he actually tries to make her feel good about her self, tries to make her see she's not the person she thinks she is, in threw this they become friends, and Gene slowly drifts from the shadow knights to Aphmau, and they notice this, they become enemys with Aphmau and Gene, and become determined, to make Aphmau feel so bad about herself she kills herself, since that would also hurt Gene since they were so close. Will the remaining shadow knights, Zenix and Sasha, make Aphmau kill herself, or will Aphmau stand up for herself and realize how much potential she has.
