he Effects of Smoking on the Body Tobacco smoke is enormously harmful to your health. There’s no safe way to smoke. Replacing your cigarette with a cigar, pipe, or hookah won’t help you avoid the health risks associated with tobacco products. Cigarettes contain about 600 ingredients. When they burn, they generate more than 7,000 chemicals, Many of those chemicals are poisonous and at least 69 of them can cause cancer. Many of the same ingredients are found in cigars and in tobacco used in pipes and hookahs, cigars have a higher level of carcinogens, toxins, and tar than cigarettes. When using a hookah pipe, you’re likely to inhale more smoke than you would from a cigarette. Hookah smoke has many toxic compounds and exposes you to more carbon monoxide than cigarettes do. God once sent us a message from the Heavens down upon us. Well, specifically down onto Alaska 48 years ago; The Yukonium Crystals. For once in the history of mankind, we accept the message as a gift from above. Eventually, curiosity took over mankind. And the savior became the grim reaper. The Crystals became a powerful tool to create a Dream inside human subjects which would later awakened them. I was one of the Dream, until I met my human vessel who goes by the name Sarah Yume. my nightmare

┊⊱: ̗̀➛ In which four girls; Sana, Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu were heading on a vacation at the Okinawa Beach in Japan, when all of a sudden..... The ship they were riding was being shipwrecked then they woke up the next day, baffled and overwhelmed at the unfamiliar place they were being unconsciously thrown at after the incident. In that place, they met four girls who they had met at the ship before the shipwreck happened. Was it just a coincidence? Can they find their way home and get back to their peaceful life? Or Are they forever stuck in that place? Can there be somebody to save them? Read to find out! - PS: The story has a dark side. Read at your own risk! This is a fictional story about the very last cape seahorse, how the garbage that was thrown to the ocean impacted their colony, and how being the last of his specie breaks his world apart. As part of the youth, I am aware that man-made pollutants such as garbage and waste are slowly killing the most precious creatures around the world. That's why I used the cape seahorse, one of the endangered species today, as a main character in order to make people aware of what their present situation is, its effect on the environment when it's gone, and that we should start reducing our trash to make nature return to its normal and healthy state. This is my first entry to the National Geographic #PlanetOrPlastic contest. I hope you like it.
