For me in regards of struggling with pornography, the fact is that when you are walking in the flesh it will produce fear, anxiety, depression. But there is always our Advocate who we lean upon for these doubts, Jesus wants us to pursue a life that is full of great joy and assurance and the fact that this question appears in your head is proof of your genuine faith in Jesus. If you are in that kind of stage of your Christian walk rely on the grace of Jesus, surround yourself with believers during this pandemic although that may be a hard thing to do during this but you just know you are not alone.
