After the things that has happened to Barry since Zoom appeared in Central City. Barry finding peace with his parents's death and creating the alternative universe called Flashpoint when he comes back and now everything was different, at least it was for Caitlin and Becca.

After Team Flash saves Savitar from the paradox, he re-joins the team and finds himself romantically and physically intertwined with his former love, Iris West and at odds with her husband, Barry. Chaos ensues.
