A baby boy is left under a tree, and a herd of Sawsbuck find him and take him in. But what happens when the boy is left in tall grass while the Sawsbuck herd go off to fight in the war between humans ad Pokemon?

The greatest lights of the sky had flickered and died, the oceans and earth no longer warred, and then every human died. Lia, a young Vaporeon, is caught up in all the chaos. Her beloved trainer was suddenly killed, and her whole existence had seemed to shatter. She is not alone, the whole population of Pokemon had begun to fall apart. No one seemed to have a purpose anymore, dark types everywhere were being corrupted into true evil, and Pokemon who had lived their whole lives under the care of humans were dying. After years and years, Lia decides to do something about it. She makes allies, creates a group of peace, and leads to the rise of civilization without humans. Kungenza, literally meaning peace, is built from the ground up, a place where everyone can stay without fear.
