this story is set in an au where arc and say were kicked out to the streets when they were six. the part of the street where they lingered in was very poor, so there wasn't much food ever, so they had to survive by killing and eating people they found on the street. they were eventually found by the cops, ruled by a judge "conditionally innocent". after all, they were just kids. they are 15 in the story and when they were taken in by an adoptive family. oh my golly gee whillikers this description is so long. anyway they scare a kid in the hall and they are neighbors.
