How do you tell someone you are leaving? Not just someone. These were his brothers. These were the people who had seen him at his worst - exhausted, frustrated, afraid, uncertain - and had never once turned away. These were the people who had held him together during the moments when he couldn't hold himself, who had laughed with him and cried with him and fought with him and forgiven him and loved him with the kind of love that doesn't announce itself because it doesn't need to - it simply is, the way gravity simply is, the way the sun simply is, constant and quiet and so fundamental that you forget it's there until it's gone. How do you tell brothers who treated you like their older brother - who looked up to you, who relied on you, who trusted you to be the steady ground beneath their feet - that the ground is about to disappear? How do you tell them without making them carry the weight of it? How do you say the words without letting them see that the words are killing you? How do you leave a home without burning it down? He didn't know.

Love is what defines the connection between people, whether it be for a friend, family or someone special. Colby Brock in this case, never liked the idea of loving cause he hating the thought of them leaving one day, yes he has a family, but he didn't...want to feel love. He was a wolf, which meant finding a mate, which meant loving them and one day living alone. He hated the idea of it, he wasn't mean or greedy about it either. He had friends because he 'liked' them. But things change as troubles begin in his pack, teaching him things he never knew before. Under Fanfiction but i consider this both Fanfiction and Teen Fiction:) Updates Will Be Every Sunday!!

Isla Winters thought she was in love. What else would you call nervous flutters in your stomach, your heart skipping beats, getting lost in that persons eyes, and losing control over basic bodily functions? But, it wasn't love. At least, not to Elijah Cross, although he says otherwise. Yet, his actions never seemed to mimic his words. -------- The first time I saw him with her, I thought nothing of it. The second time, I assumed they were just friends. The third time, his arms were wrapped around her waist, and I was confused. The fourth time, he leaned in to kiss her, she didn't stop him, but his phone rang, and nothing happened. The fifth time I saw them together, I approached him, and asked for an explanation. He told me they were just friends. Later that night, he sat on my bed with this look in his eyes. A look that I was so sure was love, with the verbal assurance that she meant nothing to him. So, I forgot about it. Two weeks later, he came home late with bloodshot eyes, and hickeys running down his neck. I knew where he was, but I didn't want to believe it.

He's gone and I've been left with nothing. I don't know when or if he will ever return. He told me to write this crazy, unbelievable tale of love down. It hurts to write it. It kills something inside of me. This is the story of our love. This is how I discovered my next door neighbour was not at all what he seemed. This is how I fell in love with a life sucking alien that just wanted to return home. You may scoff at me or disbelieve my tale, that I understand. All I want you to see is our love.

One summer. One tent. One shy kid who never expected to matter. Eleven‑year‑old Dave Ramirez has always been the quiet one, the kid who blends into the background no matter where he goes. When he gets sent to Camp Sterling for 2 weeks in the summer of 1989, he's sure it will be just like everything else in his life: awkward, lonely, and forgettable. But everything changes when the counselors pair him with Kevin, the only older boy at camp, confident, funny, and way more patient with Dave than anyone else has ever been. Sharing a tent with Kevin pulls Dave into a world of late‑night jokes, embarrassing moments, and the kind of gentle attention he has never really gotten before. Between long hikes, burnt marshmallows, campfire stories, and the weird feeling of finally being noticed, Dave starts to realize he might not be as invisible as he always thought. Kevin's easy confidence both comforts and confuses him, and Dave spends the week trying to figure out whether he is messing everything up or finally doing something right. By the end of the week, Dave leaves Camp Sterling with something he never expected: a spark of confidence, a memory he will never forget, and the first hint of the boy he will become a year later, when he meets Mike for the very first time.

Sky and Corin. Neither were supposed to be at the bed and breakfast for those days in April, really. Together for nearly three days, two Lake Michigan sunsets, and one raging thunderstorm, they parted without exchanging any contact information. But they had reminders. For Sky, it's a sip of tea. The sound of waves hitting the shore. A worn out sweatshirt. And that one song. For Corin, it's red wine. A yellow mug. That moment just before a kiss. And of course, that one song.
