Mathew got Cara's letters. Telling him that she still loves him and so much more. But he was too late. Cara has killed herself, and now Mathew is stuck in limbo, unable to decide if he should stay or go. So every day for three weeks he writes her, sending his letters up by balloon, asking what he should do, and telling her. I love you.

In July 2017 I lost my uncle. It was my first time experiencing grief and I didn't (still don't) really know how to handle it. It was at my lowest moment that I picked up a notebook and pen and began to write. I wrote everything from letters to poems. I poured my deepest thoughts and feelings straight on to the paper and now I'm sharing them with you. This is my account of grief: Raw, unedited and straight from the heart.
