Faye Scamander was never dangerous. She was the girl who handed out biscuits like blessings, chatted with portraits, rescued injured creatures, and left wildflowers on desks simply because it felt kind. And somehow, Draco Malfoy noticed her anyway. Draco had been raised in a castle of cold rules and colder expectations. Faye had grown up in a cottage overflowing with warmth and wonder. He had been taught that softness was weakness. She had been raised to believe that softness saved people. They should have stayed worlds apart. Instead, they kept colliding-his armour against her gentleness, his silence against her small-magic courage. And somewhere between a flower she gave him, a biscuit he pretended not to want, and the moments they lingered without meaning to- everything shifted. Because some spells were loud and destructive. Maeve, was a quite unique girl. Whoever witnessed her smile or laugh was instantly intoxicated by her presence, and thats what happened to a particular twin who's eyes had been roaming the Great Hall when he laid his sight on a particular Hufflepuff. She grew up learning from a young age that she was a witch. Her parents surrounded her with magic and Magical Creatures. Her grandfather left her dad his studies and animals. Her first pet was a Puffskein, not your average household pet for most, but for her it was just perfect. Except when it stuck its tongue up her nose when she was napping. But none the less, she grew up happy and surrounded with love and magic. She knows that her last name is kind of out there, people stop her parents all the time saying that they respected her grandfather and his findings. She's read his book a bunch of times, but she didn't understand why he was so popular. He was just her nutty gramps who loved the magical beast. But I guess, because he showed the world the amazing finds we have in our world living with us, she could admit he was pretty cool. Too many unanswered quiestions made my head spin, so I started writing... Mostly about Leta Lestrange and Theseus Scamander, but other characters from Fantastic Beasts as well. It can be read as one-shots or as a complete story from when Leta and Newt met to post The Crimes of Grindelwald. This is AU (author's universe), but it will follow J.K. Rowling's story for the most part. DISCLAIMER Some chapters will have mature content, while other will be rather innocent. There will be a warning at the beginning of mature chapters. English is not my first language, feel free to correct me or come with advice to improve my English skills! I do not own any of these characters or the Harry Potter Universe.
